ABOUT FARMSTEAD FUSION
Woman owned food truck and catering company focusing on local products when available. Skylar, our owner has been a high-level Chef at several large event centers in Centre County after obtaining her Bachelor of Science Degree in Culinary Arts and Systems. Skylar has a passion for not only cooking but for all the things gardening, homesteading and family. Along with Skylar you will find Kacee, the one to greet you at the window of the food truck. Kacee is married to Skylar's brother, who together own and operate Twin B Farms. Twin B Farms is a highlighted vendor for Farmstead Fusion providing quality grass fed-finished beef that is used to create all your favorite burgers. Kacee is a Penn State Alumni with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Horticulture and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Integrative Arts. Farmstead Fusion is truly a family affair with our mothers, nieces, nephews and close friends helping us along the way. Skylar and Kacee together operate the Twin B Farm's Gourmet Hamburger stand at the Centre County Grange Fair. After many successful years at the fair stand, they wanted to make their passions a year-round venture. Combining our enthusiasm for food and supporting local agriculture, we strive to make your event everything you imagined.
